Retro Funfairs currently has in storage: The Speedway (Ark) is an example of a type of ride first introduced to the UK in 1930, and the forerunner of the Waltzer. It consists of a circle of undulating wooden platforms with motor bikes and some sidecars and is a fast thrilling ride. The Ski Jump (Flying Coaster) was introduced to the UK in the early 1960s and is a fun ride for all the family. The Toyset is a rotating platform with a selection of toys in which young children can sit, like buses, fire engines, police cars, a train, a horse etc The Hoopla is a traditional fairground round stall of a type which dates back more than 200 years.
